ACELEPRYN Insecticide provides unmatched, season long grub and caterpillar control in a single application. It is now available in a convenient and flexible granule formulation – ACELEPRYN GR. The efficiency and longevity of performance means your turf spaces are protected for longer and because it is exempt from poison scheduling, PPE requirements for workers are reduced. This new no-spray option means ease of use and minimal disruption to the community. ACELEPRYN GR controls a wide range of insect pests including African Black Beetle, Argentinian Scarab, Billbugs and several species of caterpillars including Cutworm, Sod Webworm and Lawn Armyworm. In New Zealand Acelepryn GR is also registered for control of Tasmanian grass grub, New Zealand grass grub, Crane Fly Larvae, and Porina.

When should acelepryn be applied?

Acelepryn is ideally applied in September/October and again in March/Arpil to provide year round protection from grubs and beetles such as black beetle, Argentine Stem Weevil, Argentinian Scarab, Cutworm, Sod Webworm and Armyworm.

Can I apply acelepryn to wet grass?

Yes, particularly when treating the lawn for black beetle, scarab or weevil as the product needs to be watered in lightly immediately after application (6mm of water).

Is acelepryn safe for humans?

Acelepryn is one of the safest insecticides available and is not classified as hazardous. It is exempt from the poisons schedule.

When can I mow after acelepryn?

To ensure the best result it is recommended that you don't mow for at least 24 hours after application.

How long does acelepryn last?

Acelepryn offers up to 6 months control of pests including Black Beetle, Sod Web Worm, Army Worm and more.
